Association's Goals
The objective of the Association is to support the development of the hydrogen economy and strive to establish a branch of the Podkarpackie hydrogen industry, including hydrogen production through electrolysis using energy generated from renewable energy installations, as well as its application in energy (including heating), transportation, infrastructure, and industry.
The Association’s goals also include:
- Close cooperation in creating a business and technological environment to establish the Podkarpackie Hydrogen Valley, particularly based on hydrogen production through electrolysis using energy generated from renewable energy installations.
- Utilizing the scientific and research potential, particularly of the Podkarpackie Region, to undertake innovative scientific, technological, and industrial ventures, as well as investment projects aimed at building joint value chains in the hydrogen economy.
- Supporting business activities, such as conducting business analyses, identifying investment opportunities, developing and implementing technological solutions, connecting and actively supporting association members in implementing business projects, and representing the interests of all members or specific groups within their hydrogen-related activities.
- Conducting scientific research, investment, and implementation projects aimed at using hydrogen as a zero-emission fuel in energy production through co-firing hydrogen with gas.
- Conducting scientific research, investment, and implementation projects aimed at using hydrogen as an energy source in zero-emission and low-emission transportation.
- Taking actions to create optimal conditions for conducting business activities related to the development of the hydrogen economy in the Podkarpackie Region, utilizing instruments and potential of the Special Economic Zone “Euro – Park Mielec” and the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone “Euro – Park Wisłosan,” managed by the Industrial Development Agency S.A., as well as the existing industrial infrastructure in Podkarpacie.
- Organizing and participating in dialogue among stakeholders (experts, representatives of public institutions, energy companies, operators and distributors, as well as the scientific community) interested in hydrogen economy activities, as well as integrating the industry.
